FREE Pre-Hospital Medicine training evening Tuesday 27th February 6.30pm-9pm
- Incredible opportunity to get free emergency medicine training by fantastic instructors, including PHEM doctors and military paramedics
- Subjects covered: cABCDE, tourniquets, c-spine control, airway management, tension pneumothorax treatment, splintage, handover and many more (see attached document for full list)
- Evening will be run as a series of moulages in small groups to allow hands-on practice
- Certificates of completion provided
- Many aspects similar to Pre-Hospital Trauma Course which is not running this year ? so 5th years who are missing out on this are highly recommended to attend
Open to second year medics and above
- There are only 24 spaces, so apply as soon as possible to secure your place. There will be a waiting list, and should there be another training evening, you will be considered ahead of other candidates. Please note we will be selecting candidates based on application answers.
To apply: fill out google form (linked below) by Monday 12th February to allow group allocation. Successful candidates will be notified on Friday 16th February.
